Under Portuguese law and EU regulations, you have the right to return physical goods within certain time frames and conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You can return products within 14 days from the date of delivery if you have changed your mind (Right of Withdrawal).

• If the product is defective, you are entitled to a return within 2 years of delivery.

• To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Return Process:

1. Submit a Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or our contact form within the return window.

2. Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you detailed instructions for returning the product. If the return is due to a defect, we will cover return shipping costs.

3. Return Shipping: If the return is not due to a defect, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

4. Refund or Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. A refund will be processed within 14 days of approval, or we will offer a replacement if applicable.

Exclusions:

• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.

• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• Products marked as "non-returnable" are excluded from the return policy.
